1. Returns and Exchanges for Damaged/Faulty Products:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To expedite the process, we request that you provide evidence of the damage or fault. This can be in the form of a video recording while opening the package.

Follow these steps for returns and exchanges:

  • Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Include the video evidence of the damaged or faulty product in your communication.
  • We will guide you through the return and exchange process, and cover all associated shipping costs.

2. Exchanges for Unwanted Products:

If you wish to exchange a product for one with a higher value or a different item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service within [number of days] days of receiving the product.
  • Pay the difference in price for the higher-value item.
  • Pay the shipping fee for both the return and the shipment of the new item, totaling 78 DKK (39 DKK per shipment).
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.


  • We do not offer refunds; exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value to the original purchase.
  • If the replacement product costs more, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
